TNB: Register online for bill info
PETALING JAYA: Customers of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) are advised to register at its free web-based service for their online bill information.
In a press statement, TNB said that by registering at http://e-services.tnb.com.my, customers especially those with rented or leased-out premises can easily monitor their electricity accounts.
The service enables them to track the accounts registered under their names.
Customers can check on their outstanding bills, account details, bill history and payment history on this e-service.
For more information, those in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur may call their one-stop enquiry centre at 1-300-88-5454.
The status of outstanding bills and payments can also be checked at their nearest TNB outlets.
